When canceling an appointment you are allowed to cancel or reschedule an appointment giving a 24 hour notice before your appointment. You can reach out to us when you are ready to rebook. Should you have to reschedule a second time the deposit will be held as a cancelation fee and you lose it.
Unfortunately we do not issue refunds due to valuable time and availability of our business. We like to think when reaching out to us you are fully committed to your appointment as well as we are. Because of the demand of our business others would miss out on the availability.
